I’m a normal weight, 5’7” and 140, but athletic. I’m just feeling blah lately. I get like this every winter, I sort of don’t eat as well as I could, nor do I drink as much water as I should, and just feel bloated and gross.
I have two weeks before an important event. I know I can’t make a huge change, but can I accomplish anything in the way of debloating or feeling better, in just two weeks?
