Per the census, DC is 46% white. Not sure what game they are playing to cite 70%. The overwhelming majority of victims of crime are poor POC. What about them? https://dcwitness.org/

Most crime victims in DC are poor POC. For the activist machine to throw all of them (so many killed and shot in DC in 2023, including a tragic number of kids) under the bus in the twisted name of "equity" so they can continue to rake in dark money funds from DC Justice Lab and others is shockingly and sickeningly racist.
