I’m the 9:25 poster, and I don’t disagree with the pp’s assessment that Greenwood is “just fine.”
Just fine. Meh.
But there are some teachers who are checked out. And it’s easy for kids to either coast or even get left behind simply because nobody is challenging them. Some excellent teachers have left in the last handful of years or so, and it’s obvious to see the difference between awesome teachers and those who barely phone it in.
Having said that, you will find that everywhere.
At least Greenwood is in a family-friendly area where everyone is neighborly. It’s as close to Mayberry as you’ll find in MoCo.
