Interesting.. mine is always below 97. I just took it yesterday twice ( was checking thermometer for my child sickness). Twice different time of the day 96. something... Never occurred to me it was low.

You know women take their temperature to track their cycle, right... you know that ... right? I question your intelligence.

My temp can be in the 96s any given day. It’s just the way I am. I only know because I take mine any time I take my kid’s temp just to make sure the thermometer is working correctly.

It's still within the range of normal. Check the battery if this is not your normal temp.

In our family, our normal temp is about that much.

I felt like I had sinus congestion and sometimes I get a low grade fever with that. I suspect the battery is old though on this thermometer and needs to be changed.

I'm not sure if it's cause for concern or not, but my temperature would dip like this when I was cold, ie post-winter run, after being sweaty. When I get cold I get REALLY cold ie my whole body shivers and it takes a long time to warm up. That being said, after a warm shower my temp always returns to its normal temperature, which like you, tends to be 97.something.
