Came here to say the crockpot meatballs! Also frozen spanikopita - I like TJ's, but you can find them lots of places. I'm also all about a big cheese/charcuterie plate with a variety of crackers.

for dessert, brownies are make-ahead and there are great ways to fancy them up with ganache, crushed candy bars, caramel or raspberries.

OP here, mostly appetizers, but desserts, too. Anything you would serve at a party. Thanks for the advice!

I like catering from Nando's, Uncle Julio's, Maggianos, Founder Farmers is okay too. Sometimes we call and have a food truck come out in the summer.

Pulled Pork or chicken is really easy. You can make it in the crock pot and serve it from there too. Mac and Cheese can be made a day ahead.
