Absolutely this. When I'm stuck behind someone like that, it's not that they are cautious or whatever. They are totally checked out and THAT is inconsiderate. Especially when it comes to fewer people getting thru a left turn signal at a busy intersection etc bc drivers are not paying attention.
Don't be triggered by an occasional honk.
Yes-- there are many busy intersections where it is your job to not leave gaps, pay attention to the light, go quickly, and follow the car in front of you closely. We all need to get through the light, Janice.
