It depends, can I pay this and stay this weight forever and not have to worry about what I eat and how it affects my health? I'd pay all my money for that! But if I have to pay 6 figures to be that weight, and then maintain that weight on my own, I'm not doing it. I wish I were 110 pounds but I don't want to eat like a 110 pound person.

If it were this easy everyone would be thin.

I would pay 2k which will be about what I am paying now doing semaglutide. I don't want to spend my whole life as just a heavy mom.

The best technique I had was The Beck Diet Book that I got from the library. It addressed all of my mental chatter that got in the way. The way you describe yourself you may be struggling with negative self talk as well.

It’s a great first step. You can use it with any diet. Lots of free calorie counting apps out there. My go to lunch is quinoa and a can of tuna.

New beginnings can start any day

Just stop eating.

You don't pay anything or anyone except yourself since you're eating less. The first week is rough, but then you get used to it.

I have paid $500/month for a year and have lost 37 lbs and am well in the normal range now. Totally worth it.

I spent $1000 on a treadmill, power walked 5 miles a day, ate a healthier (but not particularly low-calorie) diet and went from 160 to 115-120 about 3 years ago. That's my new normal - I never managed to stick with any type of regular activity in the past.

There is a HIGH correlation, nonetheless.

Agree. I realized I don’t run to lose weight. Never have. It has nothing to do with weight. I just love running.

Now, what I did is take a break from running TO lose weight. Focus on food without feeling any hangry-ness due to heavy exercise. And then I think I can improve running carrying around less weight.

To lose 20 pounds, I’d pay $3600 annually for 10 years. (And to stay that weight permanently).

To lose 40 pounds, I’d pay $10,000 annually for 10 years (And again, the price would include staying that way permanently).

I’m about 40 pounds overweight.

I’d pay 50k tomorrow to get to a healthy weight and stay there for life.

Assuming you are obese or overweight, what is the most money you would pay to be normal weight? For me, I am 160 pounds and I would pay $20,000 to be 130.
