At that age, hand cream is a necessity.

Woman in her late-60s, but won’t be able to receive flowers or food-type deliveries. I will be sending this via the mail myself.

Just a small token, something that can be sent in a small shipper with a card. I don’t know any of her interests, so something generic. Around $20.
