I have been successful and I enjoy it, so I'd like to build my expertise so that I can pivot into more consulting work in this space.

I've found some masters programs that focus on it, but would like more suggestions. Particularly if there are programs with names that aren't super intuitive, but have similar concentrations. Thanks!

It would help to understand what you are seeking if you listed the specific masters degree programs under consideration by you.

I have a decades of experience and asked a very simple question which you ignored. GIGO.

I did in the OP- organizational change and strategic leadership.

That's awesome and thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into VTech to see what programs they're offering, but I can't financially commit to a PhD right now.

I have seen several certificate programs in line with what I am interested in, but I wasn't sure if having a certificate vs a masters in that expertise would be considered as valuable.

If you a very analytical you can look into a Master of Science in Operation Research (MSOR). You have to look at the program that fit what you want as a lot of program lean toward engineering but some like Columbia has entrepreneur aspect in it.

I would recommend an MBA if you really want a degree but you could also just hunt for job that is more in line with the work you enjoy. In general, don't saddle yourself with degree debt unless you really need it to advance.
