What if flight is 2:20 hrs? No soup?

My kids are ages 9 and 7. They are allowed 1 hr in the mornings. Their school doesn't start til 9:30 and we live 2 blocks away from school so we don't leave our house til about 9:15 in the mornings. They wake up around 7 and they're allowed to use their ipads from 7-8, which allows me and my spouse to sleep a bit longer than we would otherwise. It works well for us but I feel guilty about the screen time they get. They also typically get about 30 minutes screen time in the afternoons when they get home from school/while they have an after school snack from about 4:15-4:45 or so. And usually on Friday/Saturday nights they watch a movie together. It's too much IMO. So now that I write it out I feel guilty again and want to cut it back.
