Who are these teens who you think don’t use email? The Amish?
My 24 DS barely checks his VM. It's just not a primary method of communication for that age and younger.

We received a number of applications with resumes and cover letter emails. We contacted a few to invite for a video interview, and only one out of four got back to us within a couple of days. I’m told by multiple people that it’s because teens don’t use email so they don’t think to check it.
Next time I’ll ping them via text to check their email for communication from us, but in the meantime I’m throwing it out there to remind your job- and internship-seekers to check their email!
