I watch a lot of liberal content creators, history, cooking, booktok, music, etc. I rarely see anything geared for the young.

I like watching cooking stuff but most people I like have both tik tok and instagram and websites with the recipe.

Yes, tiktok is youth-oriented. Yes, it tracks everything you do on and off the app. Yes, it sends all of your data to the Chinese government.

Tiktok is the worst social media app in years. Uninstall it yesterday if you care at all about your privacy, or even your financial security in the event of a war with China.

I watch. I get recipes, content about Broadway musicals, clips of my favorite musicians and outdoorsy/travel content. Works for me.

yes plenty. You just need to watch enough so that your algorithm gives you what you want.

Have briefly explored TikTok and everything seems very youth oriented. Is there anything on TikTok geared for the over 35 crowd?
