Call one of the other parents at your hub stop or school and see if you can carpool from a meeting point on a main road.
Walk a block and then take an Uber to school.
Work on getting your car to a main road and park it there before your street refreezes.
Use the 2 hour delay to walk the 1.5 miles to the hub stop.
You have options.
