I’ve done the majority of the programs and the best results I’ve seen by FAR were from Andy’s TS2. I was stronger, more athletic, toned and recovered more quickly by the end. I’m about to do it a second time!
Also I love RK but didn’t love the way her split is set up. Great training, but division of muscle groups in the classes didn’t work for me. Her classes are generally awesome though.

To the other pp asking about arms/chest/back I’m also doing Tunde’s arms challenge and that is plenty for now I’ve already had to scale back my normal cardio by a lot to be ready for the next set of classes
