It no longer works in digital PSAT world

I'm not sure where to put this but has anyone been able to successfully link their College Board account to Khan Academy so Khan Academy can create a personalized plan based on digital PSAT results? The steps we found https://satsuite.collegeboard.org/media/pdf/steps-linking-college-board-khan-academy-accounts.pdf - don't seem to work anymore. Is it because it doesn't work for the digital PSAT which sophomores took this past October?
