We shovel but ice melt is gross, it’s terrible for animals to walk on (and then they clean themselves) and it destroys concrete. Hard pass.

You sound like my neighbor. Sorry I have to work and I have 24 hours after the snow stops to shovel. I will get to it at lunch, or more likely, after work. Especially when businesses seem to be the last to shovel.

I don’t need to get up at 6 AM to shovel so you can go on a morning walk with your dog.

Please shovel before it becomes packed down, and lay down ice melt if you have it. I've already taken a hard fall on my butt. Walk slow, take baby steps, and be very careful as freezing rain is covering things now.
