Typical midlife crisis with the teen situation and the husband. BTDT. We're in a happier place now, but one day two years ago I just walked out and checked myself into a hotel room for the night.

Try to find healthy ways to stay sane, OP. Get a physical and bloodwork. Prioritize sleep. Take a multivitamin. Maybe you'll end up divorced, maybe not, but right now it's one foot in front of the other.

I am in the same situation, i decided that from now on I will go on vacation with my girlfriends every year and do other things just fir me- my hair, facelifts, clothes, etc. -worhout tuilt. As of niw, I only soend a half hiur to an hour with each member if my household, that’s how i get through it. Thank goodness for work.

Yes, I can see leaving also. I think there are many of us.

Leave if you don’t respect the person you are living with.

And are depressed.

Or get counseling, something.

You have a long road ahead of you and your plan is not promising.

Thank you. I’m also focusing on things I am thankful for which helps but only for sonlong, tfen ai’m depressed again.

We still gave 2 teens home. I lost respect for my husband on so many levels over the years but after my kids leave for college (IF they leave) I can’t see myself leaving my husband. Anyone else feel this dome?
