This only works if you're a decent looking woman.

Many women say men lie and claim they want relationships when they really want hookups. The men are supposedly just liars who lie to get sex.

I believe many women try hookups once in a while even though they say they want long term relationships, and really do.

Yep, there has been plenty of times I say "NO ONS" in profiles and what happens first date? They're either back at my house or a couple of times in their car.

I don't belive what people put on their dating profiles 99% of the time. And once you start talking about how much of a "boss" you are I'm out.

Maybe these men are looking for a relationship with someone they like to hook up with.
And maybe women are looking for the same thing.

Do men and women handle this differently?

Both will lie.

"Looking for a spouse" is usually not a great thing to put on a dating profile. You actually do need to communicate.

And no one knows anything on a first date and where it's going to go. Might lead to marriage and grandchildren. Might lead to nothing.

If you really don't want anything meaningful, just say "not interested in anything serious" or something similar.

A lot of people will check out, but you'll get the people that want to get laid right now. And you'll never hear from them again.

Both men and women differentiate between dateable and random hook ups.

I’m guessing that a man wrote this. If you are a woman who wants to get laid “right now,” and you have any chemistry at all, you will hear from him again. A lot.

This ! Plus every relationship starts of as a one night/fling until it isn’t

Yes! I was on a site 15 or so years ago that was advertised as being exclusively for people looking for hookups. Probably more people met and hooked up from that site than from eHarmony or whatever, but I didn’t actually hook up with every man that I met. Some of them I wasn’t interested in after I met them, and it wasn’t a big deal. One man I ended up dating seriously for a long time (or what’s a long time in your twenties anyway).

Whatever you say on your profile, you don’t know what you’re looking for until you meet the other person.

It depends.

Post nut clarity is very real.

Sometimes mistakes are made.

Men who are looking for serious relationships aren’t necessarily looking for a serious relationship with YOU. A man who states he is looking for a serious relationship could be looking for a relationship or marriage with a 9 or 10, or a 7 or 8 with really good domestic skills. If you are a 5 or a 6, he’ll sleep with you to keep himself occupied but most certainly doesn’t want a relationship.

It’s easy, just say you aren’t looking for anything serious in your profile. You’ll do just fine.

If you are a guy, how do you go to a bar by yourself and pick up a lady? Most women are always in groups they never go out to bars alone. I have been divorced a year now and I am finally ready to move on and I am in "heat" these days after a year hiatus.
