FWIW we use the Target performance sheets on our king size bed in our 3mm new build. We tried Boll and Branch and weren't fans.

+1. Target has good quality sheet for modest income level. We’re not going to recommend Boll and Branch or Sferra when the OP specifically said that cost was a factor.

I love Target sheets too. We have a few of their flannel sheets and they are nice too.

Target for sure, but IKEA also has some pretty choices. That’s where my 16yo DD got hers. She also picked up some coordinating fabric to make a wall hanging.

Target actually has really nice sheets. I like them more than ones from west elm or company store. The threshold line is good

My DD has been long overdue a new bed and she finally got it. It's also been awhile since she got to choose a set of new sheets, comforters & pillows, so she's looking online but we learned in the past that some things with interior design are hard to really match (like with her wall color) through online pics.

What's your favorite physical store for sheets & comforters that a family with a modest DC income could afford? So cost is definitely an issue, but it doesn't have to be the absolute cheapest ever. We live in NE DC, but can drive up to 30 mins out if it's a store with lots of choices.

Thanks for any advice!
