I know I am technically at a healthy weight but I can’t help thinking I would look and feel better if I lost a few pounds. I work out three days a week and eat relatively healthy. I wouldn’t mind being 120 pounds or even a little less.
What weight are you if you are 5 foot 2 and what does it take to stay there?
I am 47 and the exact same height and weight as you - sorry, no advice!
I was always around 120 until maybe 1-2 years ago and the added 5 pounds seem to come on quite suddenly with no diet/exercise changes. Maybe I'm in peri-menopause? The weird thing is, I can't tell that I look any different. I am pretty sure the weight did not come from adding muscle, as I don't work out that hard.
I am torn between wanting to fight to get those 5 lbs off, or just accepting that this is my new normal.
