He has bounced a round through all the clubs and he plays the kids who pay for extra coaching on days when the team doesn't practice. Beware of when he takes the kids for ice cream/starbucks after practices or while at tournaments.
The meaning for BSC aka bring some cash is true on his teams.

We are happy with him. Practices are run really well. 20 minutes of technical work at the beginning of each section. Bethesda definitely has a style of play. I would recommend you go watch the teams play their games to get a better understanding.
Not everyone likes Bethesda though.

Ellis Pierre is coaching this year the 07 and 06/05. I would assume that he coaches next years 07/06 team; however, nothing has been announced.
