I see a ton of coaches who are coaching NCAA Div 1 teams and being a club coach for 1-3 teams at a time!!!...some with even titles like Director or co-director of ECNL. 1. How do they find the time? 2. How is this legal? 3. Quantity over Quality? There is no way this is efficient. Poor players. They just have to put up and shut up. There should be a cap on how many teams 1 man can coach at a time.

Where is there a D1 WSOC coach that also doubles as a youth club coach?
Union. For multiple teams.

Unlikely he will have a huge impact at the club as an advisor. I guess at least its kudos to VDA for making some kind of staff announcement but there are still actual holes to fill there for sure.

Also saw he is head coach at George Mason. How will this work? Seems like a good move on their part but that is quite a bit of responsibility.
