+1 for Garmin Lily. They even just came out with a new version.

I have an Apple Watch and a Lagos band. I also have a few tortoiseshell bands that can be switched out.

I got the Garmin VenuS and changed to a gold metal band, it looks feminine and stylish.

Just get a prettier band, that should help. most activity watches are clunky looking, you can't really have a sleek Cartier Tank style watch but have it also track your every move and bodily function.

I bought a "normal" looking watchband for my apple watch and mostly keep the watch face turned inward so it's not as obvious

The Fitbit Luxe is what I chose. It isn't super fashionable, but certainly looks less "athletic" than anything else out there.
