+1 to PT. They will address both alleviating the pain you're experiencing now and the ergonomics needed to prevent a recurrence. You can self-refer. I recommend Forever Fit; I go to the Silver Spring branch, but there are several around MoCo.

It’s the same thing as tennis elbow. Try ice and Voltaren gel. Can you lower your keyboard?

I went to my pcp first and got a referral. The physical therapist told me that if I had any other problems, I could just come back to them first, but I'm not sure if that is because I was a prior patient or what. I think some states allow self referral to PTs.

I have a pain in the medial part of my elbow that gets worse with typing and driving. I thought it would get better with rest over the holidays but no such look. Any recommendations for doctors and/ or what to do? It feels like carpal tunnel of the elbow.
