Gets a cheap perm from the old guy that does all the little old ladies' hair in her neighborhood. For her, the 'elite' look is that weird subtle money thing. Never a brand or logo in site. But you just know it is something you could never in a million years afford. Or that she bought it at Walmart. Total crap shoot with that woman.
