Subject: DC Crime- Trump or Biden?
Neither Biden or Trump will do anything to make DC better.
Changing DC’s crime trajectory will require a combination of better schools with smaller classrooms, more after school programs (e.g., sports), greater police presence on the streets, and actual criminal enforcement to keep repeat offenders off the streets. Enforcement and prosecutions alone won’t do much unless you give at-risk youth some modicum of hope as well other outlets for their frustration.

Both are probably about the same. Trump might be slightly worse, but neither is going to move the needle on crime in DC.
Crime-wise, the Obama years were among the best ever for DC, because at-risk youth in poorer neighborhoods felt good about their future prospects and direction of country (regardless of whether or not he actually did anything for them). Historically in DC, how poor people feel about their future greatly correlates to the amount of crime in the city.
Nothing about Biden or Trump inspires at risk-youth in poor neighborhoods or makes them feel good about their future prospects.
