Yeah, that or diabetes. When is the last time he had blood work? Saw a primary care provider?

He might try taking an antihistamine. There are any number of reasons why he may be experiencing this but having 'histmamine itch' is not uncommon and something that would be easy to treat at home. Take an antihistamine when it itches. If it helps, you likely have your answer. If it doesn't, see a doctor.

Itching on the feet is almost always a fungus, and no otc worked when I got athlete's foot. It's likely that as opposed to something more serious. At any rate, the answer is the same: send him to primary care or the dermatologist.

That's all to say - has he gotten any boosters lately?

Oh that’s interesting. He got his booster a couple of months ago and this is fairly new but certainly should be on the table to consider I guess.

There was just a discussion about this a couple weeks ago on this forum, maybe search that to get more info.

Contact allergy to his socks? I’d see a doctor.

Is he on his feet a lot during the day? Or is he diabetic? Could be nerve damage.

I have that sometimes, and don't know what causes it either. Thankfully it goes away rapidly. He should talk to his PCP, do bloodwork and go from there.

Dh has been dealing with severe itching on both feet for awhile now, has tried every OTC moisturizer, antifungal and mild steroid cream we can think of with no relief. No visible rash. Keeps him up at night. Any medical sleuths out there who can make a guess at what could be going on? I've done a little digging thinking about autoimmune causes but haven't really come up with anything that sounds like it so far.
