Your child should not be peeing standing up and instead should pee out the window. That'll likely solve the problem no need for portable toilets hope this help

Is summer camp really a good idea for him? If he needs to go the bathroom for than once per hour?

Why workout do that to him? Pick a closer camp or drive all the way.

If you’re really stuck on what to do you could just have him wear a pull-up he can use if necessary and have him take it off and then you throw it away when you get the chance. Used to do this when flying with younger kids because the airplane bathrooms aren’t always very good.

We have this. Two boys (not saying they can both use it without dumping), one has the bladder of an 80 year old woman.

I used to have an opaque water bottle in the car for DS to pee in when he was little. Doesn't' work for DD unfortunately.

I also use it when traveling. I hate portapotties. Those ^ things are awesome. The pee turns into an odorless gel that you can easily dispose of. Just give your kid some small trashbags that he can throw this in. At the next available stop, throw the bag in the trash.

Suv is big enough to stand up and any jar should be wide enough. Make sure you get one with twist top.

We do this on road trips when my kids decide they need to pee 20 minutes after we left a rest area. The key is to get a bottle with a wide opening (gatorade bottle works) and big enough to hold all the pee (if it's just a trickle, than a regular gatorade bottle should be fine).

We have an SUV, not minivan, and they've had enough room to maneouver.

Get a portable urinal. It has a wider lip Amazon or medical supply store will have them. It’s for bed bond patients.

During summer for summer camp

Due to anxiety, my son needs to go to bathroom to pee often. It is psychological and doctor says so. I will drive him to bus stop drop off site and pick up site daily for 8 weeks. It takes 20 min etc to get there, and another 40 min to the camp site. I need a portable thing easy for him to use to do one last pee in the mini suv before he gets on those camp bus. Will one random apple juice bottle with wide opening do? I am willing to buy from amazon if need. I don't think there is no store or restaurant around those areas at the parking lot. How to prevent pee spilling around in my mini suv when he does that? Is it difficult to pee in the car because he can't stand up and space is small? Any tips?
