Folks who made health resolutions for 2024, how is it going so far?
Anyone still thinking of doing so? Plenty of time left.

I'll start. I really want to quit sugar this year. I've been tapering down, post holidays, so far so good. I have been trying to eat more protien and drink more water and so far I'm not having crazy cravings.
I'm also trying to walk at least 5 days out of 7. We're thinking of getting an active breed puppy, that would probably help. I'm not tracking distance or steps yet, just trying to get in the habit.
Anyone else?
