Agree with this. My kid was on the young side (7) and found that it was too much karate for him. He had trouble sustaining attention through multiple karate sessions throughout the day. A teenage counselor who clearly never had met any actual 7-year-olds before said that my kid wasn't focused enough on karate. But it was convenient, affordable, and my kid enjoyed the swimming trips a lot. We may do another 1-week session now that he's a year older.

Does anyone have any experience with the Kaizen Karate summer camp program? I've read some nice reviews here about their regular classes, but can't find much on the summer camps specifically. We're looking at the Silver Spring location, but I'd welcome any information or feedback from their various locations. Thank you!
