I read Wtop and dcist for local news. I agree it’s not great but it’s better than in most areas. My friend is involved in a piece of litigation that will significant afffect my hometown and when I asked my family, they hadn’t even heard about it. I finally found a mention in the local paper but it was pretty delayed.
