Thanks - I just signed up for a one month triel of the realplans. For an extra $1 I added nom nom paleo and paleo mom recipes to the plan... we'll see whose recipes I like the most!

Upcoming week plans are:

1) Slow cooker Korean short ribs + butternut squash + sauteed spinach

2) Margarita white fish + kale and beets

3) Sheet Pan chicken and mushrooms + roasted cauliflower

4) Bacon Apple Smothered Pork Chops + sauteed red cabbage

I did the AIP a number of years ago. The first two weeks were the hardest if I remember correctly. I would look at the list of allowed foods and then work from there.

I’ve never used the meal planning app, but nom nom paleo has great recipes. I believe the app helps you schedule and shop based on their recipes.

I follow the hyper-nourishing plan by Dr Brooke Goldner. It’s pretty easy to make a smoothie each morning and drink it throughout the day and I can’t believe how much better I feel.

Not sure if this belongs in food or diet but am posting here in food...

New Year's Resolution to improve my diet and I'd like to try AIP or at least Paleo, but I need more help.

Anyone try any useful weekly meal plans or meal deliveries that make it easier? gluten free, dairy free

recommendations welcome!
