My dog is a lazy night owl and doesn't like to go out before 9 am.

My dog is a year old and is crated and wakes up about an hour after I do (530am so i can drink my coffee in solitude). She also has no problems waiting another 10/15/20 minutes to go out after waking up (sometimes she wants to chew her bully stick before going out).

Same. Around 6. Sometimes more like 5:45. We take them out to pee, then they get breakfast, then we all get back in bed.

Ours gets up when we do, a little before 6. On the weekends she usually ends up waking us by 7 or 7:30 if we sleep in but I assume it’s because she has to relieve herself.

We come downstairs, let her out and then feed her first thing.

I exercise at 5am, my dog is still asleep. When I finish, she is usually up waiting for me and we go outside, walk then feed her

Mine liked sleeping in and would sometimes opt to stay with the sleeping spouse.

2 of mine jump up the second I move while the third stays cozy in bed for a couple hours.

Mine gets up when he hears me in the kitchen; he gets his breakfast and walk before I do my workout.

He naps while I sweat

Mine gets up when I do, whatever time that is. Do you have to actually wake yours up?

Ours is crated so she gets up when I get her (without the crate, she'd be up all night). I tend to be up around 6 but take her out around 7.

Yes, I get my dog up with me and let him out before I start my routine. He usually snoozes while I get ready, then we go for a walk, play, and he gets breakfast.

Ours get up when we do. But they hang with us in the bedroom while we get ready. Then we let them out and feed them.

My dog is 6 and up until now I have always woken him up with me at 6:30 so he doesn’t need to pee before I’m done working out (which I do in my basement). I let him out and feed him breakfast at this time.

A recent schedule change means I’ll need to start working out by 6. If you get up early, do you wake your dog up and let them out before your personal morning routine?
