I usually half it—it makes a ton! And it’s important to squeeze as much liquid as you can from the spinach, otherwise it’s a little too runny for my taste.

I was shocked the recipe was only averaging 4 out of 5 stars, but then I noticed the bad reviews are from people
mad that they took the recipe off the back of the soup mix package. (Despite the photo on the front.) Don’t mess with spinach dip fans.

Yes, that’s the one. With the dried soup mix, chopped frozen spinach and water chestnuts.


Ah ok. I haven't had it in years but I bet I would like it now. At the time I was mad at how badly spinach ruined everything!
