It’s a small town and the biopsy was sent to a university and due to the holiday weekend we have been waiting over 7 days. I called this morning, the first day they are open in 4 days. As you can imagine it’s been a dark cloud over the holidays and we are anxious to know next steps, she’s in a lot of pain and has large tennis ball size masses growing on her rib cage. The receptionist was super rude and condescending like I was ridiculous to be calling and checking up and said something about “ok, I really don’t have time to check if your results are in, we have 3 emergencies going on and she will get back to us another time”… her tone was so incredibly rude. Would you let the vet know you had a bad experience?
I would give her another chance. It makes me appreciate my super friendly vet receptionists!
