Chang Chang in DuPont. Great food, nice bar and decor.

Nobu if they’d appreciate it.
Kaliwa at the Wharf for the location and the funky atmosphere and cocktails. Great food
Gyu San Japanese BBQ in Ballston (Arlington) for a more casual, fun time. Very conducive to groups and always full of 20 somethings

Hope I'm not asking for too much, but I'm looking for a venue for my daughter's 21st bday dinner. I'll be taking her and several friends out (they're all college students and don't go to "fancy" restaurants very often) and want it to be extra special. I'm looking for a fun atmosphere, nice decor, fun cocktails, and a younger-skewing crowd. She likes all types of Asian food (especially Japanese), but I'm open to other suggestions. TIA
