We don't count lower or whatever ivies here. Certain ivy pluses have always accepted lower stats - athletes, legacies, urms. It's not unique this year.

And Harvard is in flux. Has it sunk that low already?

Yes. Mostly As, some Bs, and 1 C (in a language, unrelated to major). High rigor. Athletic boost though.
