Subject: Inspiration for pecan pie crust?
I would bake the crust, cut it up into pieces and serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle.

Trying to decide what kind of pie to make for tonight. I have a ready made pecan pie crust. Suggestions for how to fill it? (I'm not wild about pumpkin pie... also, I have a slight preference for vegan recipes.) Thanks!
