The community college has work force development programs, pharmacy technician, phlebotomist, sterilization technician.
Truck driver?
Airports are training, tsa agent?
Cooking school or a cosmetology program to become a hair dresser?
I know one person who has severe dyslexia and has gotten into film. He posts short videos and has a large following.
Montgomery college has programs for film, radio, social media
Could something in construction be of interest?

Is City Year for children? My son is almost 21. Also, if the website specifically says they are focused for lower income or marginalized students. Maybe I don’t understand the program.

I’d start with driver’s ed every morning to get him used to getting up early. Then try a trade school for whatever he’s good at.

My son wants to explore apprenticeship. Been working fast food for 15 months. Is not college material. Has anxiety and bipolar which is under control with meds and therapy.

He’s organized, a visual learner. Not a morning person.

Any tips welcome!
