There’s a sales center at Downtown Crown with lots of info and a 2br model. It looks good on paper and there’s definitely an emphasis on independant living. I don’t think they will be able to deliver on all their sales promises as they’re not realistic (it would take an army of hired help to pull off what they claim and it just wouldn’t be profitable for them). It’s due to open in July and have high move in fees but competitive rental costs (they did warn that rentals can increase as much as 8% each year).

My parents are looking into downsizing to the Carnegie that will open this summer. It's in Gaithersburg by the Rio. I'd be interested if anyone has an info to share about it?
