Thanks for these ideas, I will check them out. I am hoping to park once and walk to both the restaurant and the theater.

One of the best restaurants in the entire state.

And not remotely near the Hippodrome.

The Helmand could be an excellent option. As a PP said, responses might change if you indicate what you mean by “nearby”.

Do you want walkable, or just anywhere in the city?

I love Duck Duck Goose in fells point but it isnt walkable to the hippodrome.

LP Steamers if you’re looking for some blue crab.

If you are not a picky eater, then Kona Grill! I like the food there but my friends who are food snobs don’t think it’s great. I love the decor there and the overall vibe. I’ve always had great service there—like I want to hang out with the server by the time the evening is over.

A nearby place that seems to please foodies is Tabor-an Ethiopian place nearby.

My Christmas gift was tickets to see Trevor Noah at the Hippodrome Theater in Baltimore. I’d appreciate restaurant recommendations nearby - good food, with a casual and fun vibe. I’m not a picky eater! Thanks!
