Fried potatoes in a breakfast burrito is perfection. Don't eat burros, though. I read Brighty of the Grand Canyon too many times as a kid to be comfortable with that.

Another one! Thank you! I bet we could find a version of this in many cultures. Pittsburgh puts french fries in their sandwiches.
I looked up vada pav and I think that it is just a vehicle for delicious condiments:
"smeared with green chutney & dry garlic chutney"
