They are a winner but they’re not any simpler than cutout, frost and decorate with sprinkles cookies…looking for simpler recipe.

I saw one in the NYT cooking section the other day where you roll in sprinkles. You can also roll two flavors together for pinwheels. I used to make one that was a pistachio and chocolate pinwheel. Should be able to find recipes. Easier than rolling dough but do need to chill them for at least an hour, maybe longer.
