It's the NYC equivalent of NCS.

NYC native and private school alum here: yes, Brearley is the top girls school. It used to be an odd mix of old money society WASPy girls and artsy Jewish girls from the Upper West side.

It is prestigious. Top girls school in NYC. About 1/4 of the grade goes to ivies.

Strange post but she was either smart enough to get a scholarship or her parents are very wealthy. Tuition is over 60k.
