You’re not going to be able to find any morning activities for this age, and going straight from school to tae kwon do is a killer.
If you decide that you don’t want activities and just want to take it easy, your mornings are quickly going to devolve into four hours of pajamas and television.

My oldest 2 did half day K and I was a SAHM at the time- they did AM and it worked well. They were always up early anyway- and then home for lunch and chill-out time in the early afternoon before heading to activities (which tend to be in the after school late afternoon hours - swim lessons, gymnastics, tball etc).
