I prep this egg, hashbrown, hand and cheese casserole the night before and pop into the oven in the AM.
You could add veggies or sub something else for the ham as desired.
Serve with some fruit and coffee.

We do a French toast bake with brioche. Year up bread, cover with scrambled eggs, add a dash of cinnamon and bake. Super easy.

The easiest is a spread of bagels, cream cheese, lox, tomato, capers. I also serve strata. Made the day before and I cook it after presents have been opened.

Cinnamon rolls or monkey bread, depending on how ambitious I'm feeling on the 24th. We'll cook some sausage and slice up fresh fruit while the cin rolls are baking.

No - it's really not difficult or time consuming at all.
