I have a Venu 2 and wish it had more metrics like on the Forerunner or even the Venu 3. I have had an Apple Watch for a few weeks but returned it because I couldn't stand the battery life. My Garmin lasts about 10 days.

I had a Forerunner and switched to Venu 2. Forerunner was great for health/activity tracking and had terrific battery life, but was ugly and had limited non-sports function. I love the venu 2 but battery life is limited with always on screen. Venu 3 adds speaker and microphone.

DC rainmaker is an excellent review site and way more reliable than what I or anyway else here can tell you.

Really depends on what to want to spend and what data you want. I have a venu that I love and suits my needs. If I was a more serious athlete and needed features like solar charging I’d get a fénix.

I like the fenix. I’ve had mine for 6 years.

There is no best-they have a large product range. As do others.

DCrainmaker did a yearly review of new 2023 activity watches that might be of interest to you. You can find the write up on his website and the video on YouTube. https://youtu.be/vOUKBRquC-k
