(Preservatives in eye drops can damage your eyes if used too long.). I also use a gel that you put on your eyelids at bedtime.
A humidifier in the bedroom can also help.

OP here--what helped alleviate it? anything? or I'm stuck with watering eyes now until maybe the weather gets warmer (when I didn't seem to have this problem!)
