Median sold price was up across the board. Overall it looks low because there was a sharp uptick in 1 BR condos being sold. And those sold for $60K more than a year earlier.

The surrounding area of Virginia all implemented stringent work in-office policies from the leadership of the state level down in 2021. D.C. similarly has implemented in-office in 2022.
