I do the "no wash" because I don't like the products they use, but for a first time it might be worth getting the wash and style to see if the products work with your hair and get a better idea of how the style is supposed to look.

PS they are awesome and so nice. There is sometimes a receptionist there but I think using the online booking helps them keep the staffing costs low. I’m sure he won’t be locked into something if he picks the wrong option.

DS is trying to make an appointment at Fiddleheads, per the curly haircut recs I got on dcum. He said there is no phone # to call, and the online booking gives options of "short cut," "barber cut," "curly cut, cleansing only," "curly cut, no cleansing'" etc. I don't know which to tell him to book. He has short curly hair, wants the curls preserved which is why he doesn't want to go back to a barber who always snips off his curls. I'd appreciate any help.
